Covid-19 strikes - just had our Focus Visit to ensure we are still complying with IS0 9001:2015. Remote so at least 7 emails forwarding required documentation sent to our Assessor and managed to overwhelm our scanner. Pleased to say everything went successfully BUT with a reminder to add risks associated with Coronavirus to the Risk & Contingency Matrix - will do. Full assessment this time in 2021!
