An alcohol free toner, with moisturising Glycerine, and pH balanced with Apple Cider Vinegar.

Instructions for Use: After cleansing wipe the face with fresh tissues moistened with the toner. Pat dry if necessary and moisturise immediately. Can also be used to refresh the face at any time.
